Bardmoor Golf School with Kurt Lang, PGA
Kurt grew up in Flushing Michigan where he began his golf career playing competitive golf starting at age 11. In 1978 he won the Michigan Junior Championship and one year later won the Michigan Junior Association Championship (FJGA). After high school he attended Palm Beach Junior College on a golf scholarship and played in the National Junior College Championship. He has also played in various other PGA National and Section events.
He has been a PGA professional since 1989 and earned his PGA teaching certification in 2010. Most recently he was the teaching pro at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club for 19 years.
His long career as a PGA teaching professional has given him the opportunity to learn from some of the best instructor in the country and apply these lessons to his own style of teaching. He has also attended many instructional seminars and workshops.
Kurt has the ability to take the somewhat complex concepts of the golf swing and apply them in a simple and easy to understand manner.
